Camera-Based RTLS
Forklifts, vehicles, staff and work-in-progress are tracked on one map. Positions are passed to existing software as synthetic GNSS output.

Flow Analysis and Heat Maps
Traffic and footfall heat maps are generated, and idle time and bottlenecks are identified. Results are sent to the WMS and MES layer as events.

Cycle Time and OEE Analytics
Cycle time is measured from video per station and the line is balanced. The root cause of stoppages is found from the video record.

Perimeter breaches are detected, people and vehicles are classified, and a PTZ camera follows the target automatically. Hot spots and early fires are identified.

Throughput and layout scenarios are tested in the digital twin, commissioning is done virtually, and the model is trained on synthetic data.
